Will it affect my future if I get a degree from any private institute than any government college?

Depends on course. Engineering is good from private colleges. Management and Science is good from government colleges. -

In my opinion, it wouldn't effect but you have a wide knowledge about your course. It doesn't matter from which college you studied or completed your degree. Hope this helps you.
