Will it affect my placements? If I score more than 80% in my B.Tech, will it cover the low score that I got in maths (42 marks)?

I've got 63.6% in 12th.

See, each and every academics has its weightage and getting high into B.Tech can't cover the previous sins if you want to go for further studies.
