    Dear Aditya,
The highest package till now for the current batch is Rs 26 lakhs per annum. The average package for the batch of 2014-16 is Rs 10.47 lakhs.
So, if you feel that you can stand apart from the crowd, you have a very high probability of getting a very good package. Rest is all according to your preference.

Yes, it is good to go for PGDM in IMT Ghaziabad as it is a good institute. Since, you have work experience you can also try for E-MBA which will help you more in getting good career options with salary hike and promotions. After PGDM or E-MBA the salary package would grow and you may get chance to enter aviation in middle or top management positions.

    Hi Aditya,
You are already earning good. But you have to ask yourself what is the purpose of actually going for a business degree. If you want to be recognized as a potential business leader in your organization, a business degree will definitely make a significant difference. If you are just looking for a pay hike, no business school will be good enough. So, if you are looking to do managerial kind of work and want to move up the business leadership ladder, it makes sense to go to IMT.
