There are not many choices of reference books if you are taking exams in Hindi. However, the best and most important part for those who are preparing in Hindi is that most of the publications from ICAI related to IPCC are available in Hindi and in my view, these are enough and best companion fo

No it is not a good idea, the reason being most of the part of accounts is in English and secondly, when you move towards internship after IPCC you will find English everywhere. No one uses Hindi in taxation and audits hence pursuing IPCC in Hindi is not at all a good idea.

Examinations can be taken either in English or Hindi medium. A student has to mention the preference of medium at the time of submitting the application for examination.
