Well, both fields have different but good career scope. M.Sc can provide you a way to research or lectureship career, study about the science, where MBA will help you to increase your knowledge deeper.

MBA will be more of business oriented education. If you are interested in business and want to pursue career in this, MBA is a better option. But, if you find technicality of microbiology more comfortable, go for M.Sc.
