Will it be a good return of investment if I do construction management from NICMAR?

My current CTC is 5.8 lpa with 2 yrs of experience as i am working in L&T Construction as Senior Civil Engg. with 2 years of Experience. I am interested in joining NICMAR. But will it be good as I'll be taking the complete amount in loan.

With top construction companies in the hunt for suitable personnel and more and more companies emerging and involved in construction of flats and multistoreyed concerns, construction management will not be a bad concern. It will also open pathways to entrepreneurship.

Construction Management is sector specific. Presuming that you would like to continue in the same field or you are interested in career advancement within the same firm, Construction Management is not a bad bet. But if you have other plans, you may pursue traditional management streams depending on
