Yes it is true that it is neighther aicte nor ugc approved but dont worry it will not be a problem.
The only problem u may face i that u cant do p.hd after passing from pgpm degree.
The other problem which u may face is that some companies dont accept pgpm.
Other than that its okay to join ibs.
