Will it be appropriate to get admission for MS in Germany? I have 6.25 GPA in my Bachelors.

Hi Githu,
6.25 is slightly low for German universities. Around 8 is the least preferred. You can check it on DAAD website: http://www.daaddelhi.org/en/ and look for options.
