Will it be better if I switch from the technical team to HR team at my office and then do an MBA after 1 year?

I am working in one of top IT companies of India & have an experience of 2 years. I am planning to do MBA in HR.

    Yes, you can opt for MBA in HR. 2 years of work experience is apt for doing MBA. You can try to get into B-school known for MBA HR like:
    1. TISS.
    2. XLRI.
    3. IIMs.
    4. SP Jain, etc.
