Will it be better to pursue integrated B.Tech+ M.Tech in artificial intelligence degree or should I first do B.Tech in CS?

It is a generic degree with opportunities in all different specialization in CS after graduation. With Integrated M.Tech in artificial intelligence, you will become a specialist in niche developing field. Also, you will miss out in choosing your specialization on completion of graduation based on your interest and preference.

It will be good to go with integrated B.Tech+M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence. No need of doing B.Tech in CSE first.
