Will it be difficult for a non-mathematics student to clear BCA as it includes high level mathematics?

No, it's not difficult. If you are doing BCA then definite you will be hardworking for the other subjects so if you only try some extra efforts in maths, you will get good marks and qualify the exam. Make your interest a priority.
