Will it be equal if I pursue B.Tech from any university? I am interested in doing masters.

Hello Srinivas!
The following two are the best even if you don't do MS after studying B.Tech in these two:
1) IITs (top 10)
2) BITS pilani and its campuses at goa and Hyderabad
These two are really worthy even of you do just a B.Tech degree instead of doing MS after studying B.Tech from a local ins
