Will it be helpful of doing MBA finance after completing B.Tech in agriculture instead of going for MBA agribusiness management.

Hi. Subham. It is not good option because earlier you studied B.Tech in agriculture and now you want to do MBA in finance. In my view you can do MBA in agribusiness management because you are non commerce student so it is tough for you to study finance.
