Will it be relevant to do Masters in mass communication and journalism after B.Sc with botany, chemistry and zoology?

It is not much relevant. But if you really Interested you can do it where in later stage you can relate it. It depend on your interest in journalism. You can be reporter or presenter in life Science channels.

Both are completely different from each other. But if your interest lies there & you have enough time in your hands with no financial pressure upon, you could proceed with it. By doing so you'll be holding two different degrees.

Dear student, Well, scope of PG in mass communication after B.Sc. I can understand that after graduation you do not want to do M.Sc. You want to change your field because of your interest in mass communication. So you are eligible for

Why not? I know a student who is great in poetry and speaking. I advised him not to pursue a degree in medical sciences after his B.Sc in Biotechnology. It is your interest as well as your skill set that matters rather than the options you see after one degree.
