Do not join part time mba from IIFT because: 1.degree does not worth anything Equivalent to tiolet paper. 2. Placement support. 3. no network 4. No ROI compare to fees iift charge 5. Cannot compare IIFT with brand like IIM Think 10 times before wasting your money, in the end you will be a scap

Yes you must go for MBA at this point of time as it will increase your chances and horizon. 3 years of experience is the right amount of time when you can learn and expand your learning.
