Do not join part time mba from IIFT because:
1.degree does not worth anything Equivalent to tiolet paper.
    2. Placement support.
    3. no network
    4. No ROI compare to fees iift charge
    5. Cannot compare IIFT with brand like IIM
Think 10 times before wasting your money, in the end you will be a scapegoat for professors to generate revenue.

Yes you must go for MBA at this point of time as it will increase your chances and horizon. 3 years of experience is the right amount of time when you can learn and expand your learning.

Depends on the kind of role you are looking forward to after pursuing MBA. If you want to switch from an engineering role to a business role, its easier with the Full-time degree since you get more recruiting opportunities. If you want to advance in the domain/company you are currently in an Executive MBA can be a good choice.
