No it won't. If you have the potential you will get a job. Companies majorly look for efficient employees not the university or place they belongs to.

Trust me university degree is not a concern if you have passed it with 55% marks. Your placement only depends upon the what interviewers think about you and your performance in MBA and if you have a excellent communication skills then everything is done.
