Will it effect in anyway if I want to do B.Tech in mechanical engineering? I got 58% in CBSE board and scored 19342 rank in COMEDK.

    Hi Jatin,
    It depends if you are looking for admission in private or government college. Every college has their eligibility criteria, usually 50% or 60% in 12th is preferred if you score less than this percentage than the college consider your marks and ranks of other exams.
    So, first, select the colleges and than look out for the criteria they prefer.

    It depends on the college. Some colleges might consider your 12th percentage while other won't.
