Hello Deepak,As long as you have sound knowledge about the relevant subjects/ topics whose interview you would be appearing for and have performed well during your graduation, these things do not matter at all.

No, it will not. The interviewer sees the match in your skills and company's requirements for particular positions. The only education institution which matters in taking up the first job is your UNIVERSITY. So, choose one with utmost care. For IT sector jobs, CSE and IT are the right programs, all these programs are curated by leading universities of India like IITs, NITs, PEc, Thapar, VIT, SRM and LPU etc.

Hi Deepak, My experience in HR suggest that the current market need is "Skill" No matter what is our paper qualification. Thus I would suggest you to earn knowledge, may it be from a lesser know institute or from a top rated university, the primary focus must me on knowledge and enhancing skill. On your question, my suggestion would be, no matter which board you choose, it is on you to create opportunities for yourself.

Never, it matter that from which board you have completed your 10th or 12th either from the state board, CBSE or ICSE during your jobs & interviews in IT sector. They always check your required skilled and knowledge for the profile you have applied. Sometime, Interviewer may biased or give some preference about your academic background or location, but in most of the cases NO. Talent and Skills always praise.

    Absolutely,
Your 10th 12th marks does not have guarantee with you being successful or even you getting placed on the basis of these results. However, some companies do ask for this criteria but always remember that these marks aren't going to help you in long run. What is going to help you is your skillset. So rather than to think about why you got so less marks try and build up more skills which will help you during interviews in IT sector.

We cannot ignore the fact that CBSE is most reputed and somewhere in back of mind interviewers feel CBSE students more better, but it's not compulsory, definitely exam will take place whether written or interview type, then if you sound more knowledgeable there the job will be given to you, so gain more and more knowledge and don't think about affiliation of your school. Hi.

While practicing the Maharashtra HSC 12th previous years' question papers is an excellent study strategy, relying solely on past papers is generally not sufficient to guarantee clearing the board exam with good marks.
Here's a breakdown of why and what additional steps are needed:

Why Previous Years' Papers are Not Enough on Their Own
  • Syllabus Coverage: Previous papers primarily test a sampling of the syllabus from past years. New exams may include different topics or ask questions in formats not seen in older papers. Relying only on them leaves gaps in your subject knowledge.
