Will it not change anything if I do my MBA from an average B-school and complete 2nd level of company secretary along with it?

Your potentiality is the major factor which is judged by the company. Reputed bschool is an extra advantage in the total procedure. They give u industrial exposure, good internships and good placement assistance. It creates remarkable difference. Its better to choose a good bschool. You are never out of track if u r hardworking, committed and self-reliant but u may lag behind of others due to the above mentioned factor. All the best.
