It will only work if, you also do your specialization in same field immediately after completing B.Sc because merely doing B.Sc in computer science will not be sufficient as a professional. Dear Subhasish, First, you have to understand the value of both degrees as they both are different. B.Tech value as a Engineering degree and B.Sc is a normal graduation. First, you have to decide your future education than choose the program accordingly. All the best.
