Will JBIMS be considering MAH CET 2014 exam results for admission in MBA? I am not a Maharashtra candidate and have not taken CAT exam.

Yes, only the scores of MMS-CET 2014 should be enough for admission in JBIMS provided you fulfill the eligibility criteria and go through the CAP rounds conducted by D.T.E. Maharashtra.
