Will JEE or MHCET score be considered for admissions in the colleges of Maharashtra? Will the board marks be counted as well?

Yes, both JEE and board marks are of equal importance. If you want admission in some good institute your board score should be at least 80% and JEE score should be minimum 230. All the best.
