Will making a career in SAP be a wise decision for a working professional working as a Tech Lead and having practical experience in .NET

Hi,I am senthil working as a .NET (ASP.NET,C#,VB.NET) Tech lead in a private concern I have 5 years of exp in the same field and having very good knowledge in programming i\'m planning to shift my career with SAP, I don\'t know weather its suitable for me or not can you please advice me the same.
