Will Manipal University allow students to change their 2nd language which haven't studied in 12th?

Hi,
Which language you are talking about? If you talk about the stream. You cannot join any B.Tech or BE course after completing commerce, for B.tech and BE, you must opt science. Don't be sad, there is another option too.
While pursuing commerce, take IP (Information Practices) and Maths as your subject and by doing that you can join BCA, after that go for MCA.
