No. Marks are not deducted for unanswered questions in NEET PG. A total of 200 multiple choice questions are asked in NEET PG exam. For every incorrect answer, -1 mark is deducted in the exam. NEET PG 2025 may or may not be held as it will be replaced by NExT.

No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions as per existing NEET PG pattern. Such questions will not be taken into account while calculating marks.
