Yes, part time MBA in the area of your current work exposure will help you sharpen your skills in business management and thus assist you in the professional career. You can also pursue MBA in an area of your interest & this may not be aligned to your current area of work & post completion of it you can either seek internal job change in your existing organisation or seek avenues outside your organisation.
