Will MBA-Oil&Gas be helpful in career enhancement for a person already in Oil & Gas industry?
Myself mech guy with 4 yrs exp in oil&gas industry.Currently working,I want to pursue my career in MBA oil &gas, is it helpful in my career?

If you do MBA in Oil and gas you will largely operate in the Oil & Gas vertical. However, it will be not limiting at all since O&G is a very big industry and you will have ample opportunities to select different type of roles in this industry.

Your planning is good. Being in PSU means, you are there on long term basis. Secondly, obtaining a MBA degree in the same line as of your experience and field of work makes lot of sense as you are supposed to develop expertise through actual work and academics both.
