Will my 10th and 12th score affect my admission process into Institute of Public Enterprise?

Yes, they bear an effect on your admissions, because the institute analyses your past results also to get into conclusion about your admissions.

Yes, they will. I got less than 50 percentile in CAT. But, I had received call letter for GD PI from IPE as my Academics are more than 70 percentage.

Yes. Equal weightage (1/3rd each) is given to the performance in Admission test, GD & PI and consistent academic record.
