Will my academic scores affect my placements and internships? Can I get admission in a good college for MBA?

I have got 85%, 53.5% and 62% marks in class 10th, class 12th and B.Com respectively.

Some companies may be interested in hiring only those, who are academically consistent. Whereas, some companies may overlook them completely. As you cannot alter your academic scores, it is better you completely focus on cracking the various MBA entrance exams like CAT, XAT, etc.
As far as the admissions are concerned, you can get admission in a top college, provided you perform well in these exams and the subsequent interview rounds.
    Good luck.

    Hi Uday,
You can go for CAT or MAT and other entrance examinations. You need to get a decent score to get admission in a good college.
    All the best.
