Will my answer be considered valid if I have not circled the correct answer on the answer sheet in JEE Mains exam?

Since there is negative marking, your wrong answers will be evaluated. If you have not circled the correct answer, you will be awarded -1 and for correct answer +4.
Only if you have not attended, it will not be given any marks and so it is not evaluated.
