Will my application get rejected if i have not mentioned my 12th percentage in my resume?

Hi,I have selected in technical Round and waiting for final round in CTS. In B.Tech IT 70%, Diploma 73%(Lateral entry in Engineering),12th I have only 58%, 10th 70%.In my resume i have added only 10th, Diploma,Graduation Percentage.Will this lead to cancellation of my offer?.will this create problem

dear friend, your allover score is really good. but the thing is you lack confidence. do not hide your any percentage. because a questions will be raised in interview like where are 12th %, or why did u not mentioned in your resume? or why r you hiding your percentage in resume? you will answer it n
