Will my B.Com degree be considered valid to pursue MBA further?
I completed class 12th in 2010 and then went to pursue engineering, but dropped out of it. I want to do B.Com in one year from IGNOU.

I don't think any University offers graduation as one year course. It is normally a 3 year course in the case of B.Com.
