Will my B.Tech score considered for MS computer science in the USA? If yes, what is the criteria?

Your b. Tech score n gre score will matter. College plays secondary role. If not a lot of students from your college apply to USA then arranging LOR or PPI can be difficult. But you can prepare well in advance for that by speaking with your teachers at an early stage
