No, to get admission in a government MBBS institution your NEET scores will matter. The betterment marksheet works as a normal one. Well, I guess for admission in government MBBS institution, you have to give NEET UG, and the minimum qualification for giving NEET-UG is that you have to score minimum 75% in the examination of 10+2, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects.
