will my chances increase to get a job in NASA if i pursue PhD degree in astronomy from any good USA university?

    Go for National Eligibility Test organised by CSIR (Centre for Scientific and Industrial Research), if you qualify to be a JRF (junior research fellow) , then you can apply in ISRO for Ph.D in Astronomy , even you can apply for IIT. No sooner you can complete you Ph.D and your thesis gets published in International Journal of Germany or U.S.A you will be offered various positions and then your chances to get career opportunity (not just job) in NASA even.
    As far as just job is required , in NASA , you can apply for Research Associates positions, Assistants positions and even for engineers job. NASA is an orgnanisation which need not onl
