    Yes, they do. There are lot of parameters on which you are judged by the selection committee. However i cannot tell you the exact weight age of these parameters.

    Your performance in 10th and 12th standard is considered as part of the selection criteria. It certainly helps to have really good percentage scores in school but it is not the only factor.
