Will my education continuity be effected if I do not have work experience certificate?

    Well, no. Work experience has not been a deciding factor in all cases and all kinds of courses for continuing education and doing higher studies. There are indeed a lot of courses that ask for prior work experience and there are cases where work experience gets an extra bonus. However, depending on which course and what area of specialization, it can be better decided whether work experience is indeed a must for that case.
    Having said that, if you have indeed worked and do not possess a work experience certificate, I would strongly recommend you to chase the HR and urge you to get it. If that is impossible, then at least have your joini
