It is a private college. So, it requires only percentage and 62% is above minimum eligibility criteria. So, maybe.

As she has scored 62% marks in her intermediate exam, so she is eligible to take admission in this college. But, getting a seat in BCA Honours in first round will be difficult. So, you must wait for second or third round. Best of luck.
