    Of course. There goes a saying that, 'All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.' Similarly, if you stay up all night studying, you're more prone to illness. Besides, lack of sleep disintegrates your memory retention capacity. Hence, you'll forget things sooner. Which, in my opinion, will cause more harm than good to the studied material. I suggest you take naps in-between.
