    Hey Tarn,
No learning is bad. It is worth it. The chances of you getting into a corporate circle is more. (There are many firms that prefer people with MBA + LLB / LLB + MBA) in their legal documentation team. They are paid approx. 11 lakhs (after 6 years' experience).
Corporate Law: Either the companies will come calling or you will be going to the companies and applying for a job. Many companies like Indian Oil, BSNL, VSNL, SAIL, etc. Most of the times, they require corporate lawyers, for which they want BBA or BA, LLB with MBA. And these companies post their vacancies in the newspapers and online. Please keep a look out for your job.

If you wish to extend your career to the field of Industrial Relations and HR, a legal background is a very good starting platform. MBA-HR is sought by majority of the organizations for the IR roles and expertise. There are many students in top MBA colleges pursuing HRM after doing LLB.
