Will my marks of class 10th and 12th affect the chances of my admission in IIM Calcutta?

I scored 42 percent marks in class 10th and 59 percent in class 12th. My graduation marks are 60 percent. If I score 100 percent in CAT exam will this make any difference?

if u scored 95% above in cat... u get definitely call from any of iim.by Calcutta u need score 99%.

While it is acceptable to have a below average graduation score, data suggests that if you have scored below 80% in 10th and/or 12th, chances of receiving an IIM Calcutta call are significantly diminished. Hope it helps.

IIM Calcutta asks for the CAT percentile which should be around 98.5+ to get a call for the interview. You should target to get above 98 percentile to get a call for GD and interview. If there are further queries, you can always ask.

Hello, If you have an excellent score in the CAT (preferably 99+ percentile), then your past academic scores should not really affect your chances of final admission. Give your best in the CAT and don't bother about your past. Good luck.
