Will my qualification of 10 2 4 year Diploma in Plastic Engg. be equivalent to Graduation Degree?

dear sir, my name is maulin fadia. i had done diploma plastics engineering (4 yr) after 10th and after that i had complited my 12th. so my education is 10 2 4. so in that case will it be considered as graduation ? or equivalent to graduation?

No, it will not considered gratuation. You have to complete next 3 years gratuation then it will be considered.
