Will my salary be dependent on my degree or my experience [IT Sector].?Now as a fresher my salary is low compared to BE guys.
I would like to know whether 5 years down the line.In terms of salary will my bsc-IT degree effect my package.Now as a fresher my salary is low compared to BE guys.So will those things matter after i get an experience.

In fact both. salary of course is not a constraint for the right candidate when you make claims with a private or a multinational companies where they may ask you to quote your expectations. Naturally, salary might undergo hike with experience. You said you have a B Sc in IT. To improve your prospects further you may also think of going for higher qualifications.

Harry, word hard and get ahead if you are really good with logic. However, if you are not so good in programming, getting ahead may be rare. So, if that is not so, If you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. Wish you the best for your career. 2014-09-16 18:46:57Sometimes, we do complain of our salary which we feel that it is not proportionate to our qualifications. It is a common kind of dissatisfaction. I think everybody gets his chance one day or other. -
