Will my scores i.e. 51% marks in class 12th (CBSE) affect me in getting placed or not? Should I repeat class 12th?

    Hi Soumya, I understand you're quite worried about your admission and placements at the time, but I would also recommend you to not to repeat class 12th as it will only waste your year.
    If you're seriously interested in pursuing B.Tech or Engineering then you should opt for a college that accepts 50% marks as their eligibility and then work extremely hard for good grades.
    If you'll do exceptionally well in your graduation then nobody will even notice your class 12th percentage.
    As then your graduation percentage will only matter more. So trust me if you're willing to work hard and study more then don't repeat class again.

    Do not repeat 12th. That would be a very big mistake. Work hard and get into a good reputed institute on the basis of the enterance exam. At the time of placements if you have good skills, the company will ignore your 12th marks for sure. Companies are not looking for people with high percentage. They are looking for people who can deliver.
