Will my studies get affected if I pursue CS along with B.Com?

You could do both at the same time, but you need to understand the concept very well, so that you should not get confused with the B.Com syllabus. When you are studying for the CS exams, you need to be familiar with the concepts. -

Depends on you, how will you manage both as CS is professional course and requires more attention. And other, B.Com is not so tough. Many of the subjects are similar like company law, business ethics. You can do both at the same time. All the best.
