Will my university issue a new CoE to me? What will be the further process?

I have taken admission in Victoria University for Diploma of nursing leading to Bachelor of nursing in February intake. I have paid my tuition fee and also got CoE for Feb. intake. My classes were on 5th Feb but I have not applied for my student visa yet because my CoE came too late.

Hello there, Gurnoorjeet you should be talking and corresponding to the university immediately and not waste time. Ask them if they can defer your admission. They will tell you what you need to do not us or any third person, because we are not authorized or we are not agents. Call them or email them
