State rank is used for the admission,1214 was the cut-off state rank and 94.82 was cut-off percentile for Home university students.

See there is separate quota for home University students and other than home University students. So for PUMBA your home University rank is considered. As per your rank, your chances to get PUMBA are fair. Hope this answers your question. Thank you
