Will passing certificate(2012) and improvement marksheet(2013) of different years create problem in placement by companies??

I got 57% in pcm and 68.2% overall in 12. As i am not satisfied with my marks so iam looking forward to give improvement exams in 2013. As i will get the passing certificate of year 2012 i want to ask that will this difference in year create a problem in placement in companies through colleges?
