Will practical marks and theory exam marks combined be checked for NEET eligibility?
The eligibility for the OBC category is only 40% aggregate required in PCB so this 40% included of practical marks isn't because I'm unable to score better marks in boards due to the health crisis like I will mostly pass.

Yes, theory and practical marks are combined together where stating the eligibility criteria for NEET. In order to be eligible for NEET, you must have completed you 10+2 with a minimum aggregate percentage from a recognised board. So, the aggregate given to you in class 12th is the combination of both theory and practical exam.
